Official rules

These rules apply to every promotion on Winners4USA, including the $5 Welcome Freeplay, alongside our Terms. A promotion may add its own conditions, which are shown with it; if they differ from these rules, the promotion's own conditions apply.

1. No purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to take part in a promotion or to win. Making a purchase or loading your wallet does not improve your chances of winning.

2. Who can take part

• Players aged 21 or older with one verified Winners4USA account in good standing.
• Only where participation is lawful. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• One account, and one claim of each promotion, per person.

3. $5 Welcome Freeplay

• New players can claim $5 of Freeplay credits once, after creating an account.
• To claim, message Player Support using the button on the site from the account you want credited. Staff check the claim and add the credits to your wallet; you'll see them in your balance and your notifications.
• Freeplay credits are promotional, have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred.
• Claims made through more than one account, with false details or by any other abuse are refused, and credits already given may be removed.

4. Playing the games

• Games are provided by third-party platforms. Each game's rules, odds and outcomes are set and determined by its platform, not by Winners4USA.
• If a platform malfunctions or a result is recorded in error, the platform's own rules decide the outcome; malfunctions void affected plays.

5. Verification and payouts

• Before paying out any winnings we may verify your age, identity and that you followed these rules. If you can't be verified or broke the rules, the payout may be refused.
• Winnings are paid to your wallet and withdrawn as described in our Terms. There are no withdrawal fees.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your winnings.

6. Changes, cancellation and decisions

• We may change, pause or end a promotion if fraud, a technical problem or anything else outside our control affects it, or if the law requires it. Credits already properly given are not taken back because of such a change.
• Our decisions on whether a claim meets these rules are final, subject to your rights under the law.

Promotions are offered by Winners4USA. Questions about a promotion or a claim go to Player Support through the button on the site.
