Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Winners4USA ("we", "us") collects when you use the site, why, and the choices you have. We keep only what we need to run your account safely.

1. What we collect

• Account details: your username, email and password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash; we can't read them.
• Sign-in records: the time of each sign-in, your IP address and a general device type (for example "Chrome on Android"). They appear on your dashboard and help us spot misuse.
• Wallet requests: for loads, the method, amount, transaction ID, the name or handle you paid from and your payment screenshot; for withdrawals, the method, amount and payout handle; for game transfers, the platform and amount. Every request keeps its history and order number.
• Game accounts: the usernames on each platform and their passwords, which are stored encrypted.
• Your PIN: stored only as a one-way hash, together with a count of wrong attempts.
• Messages to you: the notifications we send about your requests.

We don't ask for your date of birth, address, Social Security number or bank details.

2. How we use it

• To run your account, wallet and game accounts, and to show you your records.
• To check that payments you report have arrived, and to pay out your withdrawals.
• To keep the site safe: detecting stolen or shared accounts, false payment claims and multiple accounts (for example several accounts signing in from one place).
• To answer you when you contact Player Support.
• To meet our legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations.

We don't use your information for advertising and we don't sell it.

3. Who can see it

• Our staff, each with a personal account protected by two-factor sign-in. Every action they take on an account is written to a tamper-evident audit log. Payment screenshots are visible only to staff reviewing your load, through short-lived links.
• Service providers who host and protect the site for us (hosting, database, file storage, and Cloudflare for security and bot checks). They may only use the data to provide their service.
• Payment apps and game platforms see what you share with them directly when you pay or play; their own privacy policies apply. Telegram's policy applies to chats with Player Support.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect players and prevent fraud.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one that keeps you signed in and one that protects your requests against cross-site attacks. Both expire when your session ends or times out. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for bots on sign-up and sign-in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

5. How we protect it

• All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Payment handles, game passwords and staff security keys are encrypted in our database.
• Passwords and PINs are hashed; sessions time out after inactivity.
• Payment screenshots are kept in private storage, never publicly linked.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and request records while your account is open and afterwards for as long as our licence, tax and anti-fraud obligations require. Sign-in records and screenshots are kept only as long as needed for security, disputes and those obligations. Uploads that were never submitted are deleted automatically within a day.

7. Your choices

• You can see your details and full history in your account, and change your email in Settings.
• You can ask Player Support for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to close your account and delete what we don't have to keep by law.
• Depending on where you live, you may have further rights; we will honour them as the law requires.

8. Age limit

The site is for people aged 21 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we close it.

9. Changes and contact
