Responsible play
Last updated October 31, 2026
Playing should be fun and only ever a form of entertainment. If it starts to feel like a way to make money, to escape problems or something you can't stop, it's time to take a break. We're here to help.
Keep it in check
- Decide before you start how much time and money you'll spend, and stop when you reach it.
- Only play with money you can afford to lose, never with money meant for rent, bills or food.
- Never chase losses. Trying to win back what you lost usually means losing more.
- Take regular breaks, and don't play when you're upset, stressed or have been drinking.
- Keep a balance with family, friends, work and other hobbies.
Warning signs
It may be time to get help if you:
- spend more time or money than you planned, again and again;
- borrow money, or use money meant for something else, to play;
- feel restless or irritable when you try to cut down;
- hide how much you play from people close to you;
- keep playing to win back losses or to escape worries.
Take a break or close your account
- Contact Player Support and ask for a break. We suspend your account for the period you choose, and it stays closed until that period has passed.
- If you want to stop for good, ask us to close your account. Legitimate available credits are paid out to you as described in our Terms.
- Our staff will never encourage you to load more or to keep playing.
21+ only
Only people aged 21 or older may create an account or play. If you share a device, sign out after playing and keep your password and PIN to yourself. Parental-control software can keep sites like this out of children's reach.
